For 2012, we have 60-80% of a crop of fruit. We should be able to supply our loyal customers for the season. It appears unlikely that we will have enough fruit to take on any new customers this year. Because of the short tart cherry crop, we will not be pitting any cherries this year. |

Tart
Cherries
We
grow more than half a million pounds of tart
cherries per year. Please note: Because of the short tart cherry crop, we will not be pitting any cherries this year.
Frozen
We process Montmorency and dark juice types and sell them pitted
and frozen in a variety of sizes and packages:

1 packs in 30 pound plastic containers
- 10+
1 packs in a 11 pound container
- 10
and 30 pound containers without sugar.
For
Juice or Wine
Another tart cherry
product is juice cherries for wine or brandy,
as well as juice.
Juice
Concentrate
Another popular product is tart cherry juice concentrate. This
is an
eight-to-one concentrate that can be used in juice blends or for
direct selling to consumers. Tart cherry juice is often used by
consumers for gout and arthritis. Concentrate is packaged in 50 gallon drums.
